Twenty Ten Studios representatives and affiliates have the right to refuse entry or reject attendees for violating the terms and conditions therein or engaging in prohibited activities.

 Attendees participate at their own risk. Twenty Ten Studios representatives and affiliates are not liable for injuries, lost or stolen property, or other incidents that may occur during this booking. Any member, guest, or other person who in any manner makes use of this facility or service whatsoever owned or operated by Twenty Ten Studios, or who engages in any activity operated, organized, arranged or sponsored by Twenty Ten Studios, shall do so at his or her own risk, and shall hold Twenty Ten Studios, it's owners, employer(s), representatives and agents harmless from any loss, cost, claim, injury, damage, all liability, sustained or incurred by him or her resulting therefrom, and/or resulting from any act of any owner, employer, representative or agent of Twenty Ten Studios.

Attendees may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.

Attendees must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside of the studio.

Clean as You Go: Kindly clean up after your session and return equipment and props to their original locations.

Respect Noise Levels: While creativity thrives, we also respect our neighbors. Keep music and noise to respectful/ reasonable levels. 

Outside Food and Drink: You are welcome to bring outside food and non-alcoholic beverages.

Weapons are strictly prohibited. It is unlawful for any person to carry, exhibit, display, or draw any firearm, dagger, sword, knife or other cutting or stabbing instrument, club, or any other weapon apparently capable of producing bodily harm, in a manner, under circumstances, and at a time and place that either manifests an intent to intimidate another or that warrants alarm for the safety of other persons.

Studio Capacity: This booking is for less than 15 guests. If additional guests will be in attendance, you must notify us at least 1 week prior to the event.  

Pets Policy: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the studio.

No Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities, substances, or offensive materials are strictly prohibited on the premises. We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal drug use.

Safety First: Be mindful of safety during your session. Follow guidelines for equipment usage and studio procedures.

Studio Hours: Respect the specified operating hours and personal booking time of the studio. Additional time may be available upon request.

Booking and Cancellation: To secure your preferred time slot, booking in advance is recommended. Please inform us of any cancellations at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. These rules are set to ensure a positive experience for all our guests. Let's create together while respecting our space and fellow creatives.

All ages are allowed in the space

Deposit: A deposit is not required at booking to reserve the booking.

Cancellation policy: Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a refund of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.

Production insurance: Production insurance is preferred for all guests using our studio. The safety and protection of everyone using our space are of utmost importance to us. Production insurance helps safeguard against unforeseen accidents, damages, and liabilities that may occur during your time in our studio. Please ensure that you have valid and appropriate insurance coverage in place before using our facilities. This requirement ensures a secure and worry-free creative experience for all parties involved.

Furniture Relocation: Guests are allowed to move furniture within the studio but must return it to its original location after use. This ensures that the space remains organized and ready for the next creative session.

Furniture Outside the Studio: Furniture should not be moved outside the building premises under any circumstances. Please keep all studio property within the designated area.

Damage Assessment: Any damages to furniture or decorations caused during your session will be assessed by our team. Depending on the extent of the damage, additional charges may be applied to the client for repair or replacement.

Restricted Furniture Removal: Removal of furniture from the building is strictly prohibited. All studio items are to remain on-site at all times.

Wall Decorations: Wall decorations should not be removed or tampered with. Guests are welcome to use existing wall decorations as part of their setup but should not take them down or alter their placement.

Smoke machines are not allowed

Lost Items: If items are lost during the booking, Twenty Ten Studios representatives and affiliates will hold lost items for a maximum of 1 week after the booking. Lost items can be recovered by making contact with a representative of Twenty Ten Studios. 

Nudity is not allowed

Severability: If any part of the terms and conditions is deemed invalid, the rest of the agreement remains in effect.
